The total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds (or a multiple of bonus funds plus deposit) before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Also referred to as a "rollover requirement".

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mea88 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the cause is the Player's failure to adequately protect their credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify mea88 immediately by contacting our support team via Live Chat or at [email protected]. We will investigate and, where appropriate, implement interim security measures on the Account.
mea88 is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) for all Players. KYC is mandatory for processing withdrawal requests, and mea88 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.
KYC documents are typically reviewed and processed within 30 minutes during peak staffing hours (8:00 AM to 2:00 AM Malaysia Time). Complex cases or cases requiring additional documentation may take longer. Players will be notified of the outcome via email or Live Chat.
Where a Player fails to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period as notified by mea88, the Account may be suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold until verification is completed. In cases of suspected fraudulent documentation, mea88 reserves the right to permanently close the Account and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
mea88 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian-friendly payment methods. All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). The following payment methods are currently accepted:
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits from joint accounts are permitted only where the Player is a named account holder. mea88 reserves the right to reject deposits from payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the Player.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player verification tier.
Deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account instantly or within 1–5 minutes. Delays beyond this timeframe are uncommon but may occur during periods of high transaction volume or as a result of bank or payment processor delays. mea88 does not charge deposit fees; however, third-party payment processors may apply their own charges.
mea88 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawals promptly. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests:
To be eligible for withdrawal, a Player's Account must be fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals will not be processed for unverified accounts. Additionally, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before funds derived from those bonuses may be withdrawn.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction for e-wallets and RM 100 per transaction for bank transfers.
Where technically feasible, mea88 will process withdrawals using the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-money-laundering practice. Where a specific payout method is not possible, mea88 will notify the Player and agree on an alternative.
Note: mea88 does not impose processing fees on standard withdrawals. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the Player and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount prior to transfer.
mea88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement" or "rollover") before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions. Players are advised to read and understand these requirements before opting in to any bonus.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
mea88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing bets on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements (also known as "bonus hedging" or "bonus exploitation"); and coordinating with other Players to systematically exploit bonus offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, mea88 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and suspend or terminate the relevant accounts.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, winnings derived from free spins or no-deposit bonuses are subject to a maximum cashout limit of RM 500 per bonus. Winnings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account at the point of withdrawal.
mea88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to eligible Players. The decision of mea88 management in all matters relating to promotions is final and binding.

Where odds are published due to a technical error, human error, or pricing error that results in odds materially different from the correct market price (a "palpable error"), mea88 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance.
In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected events. Bets placed in-play are final at the point of bet confirmation. mea88 will endeavour to ensure that in-play markets are suspended promptly following significant in-game events, but accepts no liability for bets placed in the brief period before a suspension is enacted.
Mix Parlay bets combine multiple selections into a single wager, with winnings calculated by multiplying the individual odds. All selections in a Mix Parlay must win for the parlay to be successful. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay will be recalculated excluding the void selection(s).

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
